Design Thinking & Local Government
This roundtable discussion is about how to use design thinking to build better government services. Building a great citizen experience requires understanding citizens as users and then designing government processes that respect their time, dignity, and abilities. In this session, we focus on sharing lightweight techniques you can implement to design online and offline services that invite full participation by citizens; and rebuild their trust in government. This panel includes user experience design experts from both public and private sector backgrounds.
This session originally aired on May 30, 2013.
