Harlan Weber is a UX designer and Brigade Captain at Code for Boston. As a designer and researcher, Harlan has worked on a wide variety of projects ranging from web and mobile apps, to medical and industrial instruments, to product and brand strategies while working at OnForce, Intuit's Innovation Lab, and several Boston-area design firms.
As Brigade Captain at Code for Boston, Harlan has helped to activate the volunteer civic hacking community in Boston through developer outreach, partnerships with municipal and governmental groups, and running civic hack nights as part of the inaugural Brigade class.
Harlan holds a Master's of Design from Carnegie Mellon University, and an BA in English from the State University of New York at Albany. In his spare time, he is an avid brewer of beer and amateur photographer.
