Jacob is a product manager working to make social services more effective and respectful at Code for America. In 2013 he was a Code for America fellow with the San Francisco Human Services Agency, where he focused on reducing churn in the CalFresh program. Previously, Jacob studied Economics at Occidental College, worked as a Forward Deployed Engineer at Palantir Technologies, and supported health care policy research at the RAND Corporation.
